access to the Oviedo Mall, making shopping a breeze. The breakfast options were tasty, though the staff seemed a bit rushed during morning hours. Overall, I had a pleasant stay but would have appreciated more attention at the restaurant.

We spent 3 nights, and the staff were really friendly, especially Lilianna, who always remembered my coffee order! The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast had a nice variety. One bummer was the shower water temp changing randomly, it was like a sauna one min and then freezing. Overall, it was a good stay.

The staff's warmth and attentiveness were standout features, with personalized service that made mornings bright. Enjoying breakfast with a variety of delicious local products was a delight. However, the concierge's tour recommendations were less reliable, and the wait for minibar checkout could be frustrating. Additionally, the hotel's aging structure was evident, but it remains well-maintained, complemented by a prime location next to two bustling malls.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Medellin. We really enjoyed the comfortable king beds and the delicious breakfast, especially the local coffee. My nephew loved the nearby malls and the convenience of having shops right next door.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities.

I had a fantastic time exploring the nearby Parque El Poblado, which is only about a 20-minute walk away, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful during my stay, making my experience even more enjoyable.

staying at four points was a joy! I appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the superior king room. the location was perfect, right next to the mall, making it easy to shop. the staff were fantastic, especially in the spa—the couples massage exceeded our expectations!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff was tremendously friendly, especially Liliana who made the best cappuccinos at breakfast. Having direct access to a shopping mall made things super convenient for dining and shopping. However, I do wish the cleanliness of the common areas was a bit more consistent.

the Double Room with Two Double Beds was super comfy, clean, and had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom stocked with toiletries. loved the delicious breakfast with fresh juices and pastries. enjoyed the access to the Oviedo mall and the fitness center with a hot tub. the staff were so helpful and always friendly.

The location offers quick access to a nearby metro station and direct entry to a modern shopping mall, which makes navigating the area a breeze. The gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, and Turkish bath are all impeccably clean and provide a solid set of facilities for relaxation and workout routines.

Had issues with transportation. the hotel arranged taxis that overcharged and caused inconvenience when drivers didn't drop me off at the exact locations. Additionally, there were some personal items I lost during my stay, though I did receive compensation, which made me feel a bit uneasy about room security.

The pool was refreshing and well-maintained.

I had a frustrating experience during my stay. The lobby staff were unable to provide proper change for USD, which made transactions difficult. Moreover, I was disappointed to find that only a few front desk staff spoke English fluently, causing communication issues when I needed assistance. It felt unprofessional when my taxi driver overcharged me, and the hotel’s response to my complaint was lackluster, leaving me hanging without any follow-up.
